minds ai IMAGE, GENERATOR, ASSISTANT
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, as follows (each of which shall be referred to as “user” or “you”)
The Service provided by the Owner allows Users to run a series of technological tools in a self-service manner, allowing them to generate digital content, and interact with AI Assistant models. As part of its Service, the Owner allows Users to generate, host and keep limited output for trial use. In order to access IMAGE, TEXT GENERATOR, and or MINDS AI ASSISTANT, users must have premium access to the site and it’s service. Under no circumstance will Minds Eye Concepts staff or any counsel assist Users in content creation. It is therefore the Users’ sole responsibility to pick the correct choices for their respective scenario or activity, to verify compatibility of the models they create and interact with, with respect to applicable law and to ensure that their activity complies with all applicable legal provisions.
CUSTOMERS, CLIENTS, and PARTNERS
Customers are paid members for AI Generation. Details are outlined in the customers portal. Clients include any retained business or individual with whom we provide services to. Partners include individuals, businesses or entities that we have written agreements with.
Creation, PROMPT, GENERATION of CONTENT
During the generation process, it is the Users’ sole responsibility to make the appropriate choices for their respective scenario or activity, and of the generated content with all applicable legal provisions. Any instructions or tooltips in the AI UI have the sole purpose of helping Users in operating the UI and do not contain any User-specific information
Integration of Custom AI TOOLS FOR B2B PARTNERS
AI Gen tools developed and hosted by Minds Eye Concepts are integrated into a website or app by using a series of integration/embedding tools. The embedding code of Minds Eye Concepts includes access to analytics of that embedded tool and it’s performance, but does not, however, collect any personal data about the end users.
Liability
Content available on Minds Eye Concepts, Minds AI and content generated using the Service are intended for paid users and strictly for the purposes of their business purposes only. Content is generated in a fully automated manner and therefore do not constitute or substitute the rendering of legal advice, nor does any assistance and customer support provided by Minds Eye Concepts establish a partner relationship. This is why, despite all efforts in offering the best possible service, Minds Eye Concepts cannot *guarantee* generated content to be fully compliant with applicable law.
accessibe PARTNERS
Use of accessiBe products in partnership with AccessScan tools are used to assist Minds Eye Concepts clients access, implement, and develop solutions to meet local, state, federal ADA requirements and WCAG guidelines for accessible content. By agreeing to these Terms you consent to (a) our access, collection, use, and disclosure of your information as set forth in the accessiBe Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”), and (b) where applicable, the processing by us of information pursuant to the provisions of the Data Protection Addendum (“DPA”). The provisions of the Privacy Notice and of the DPA are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
